How can I order and track my order?To place an order, you can easily create an order by selecting the products in stock directly from the "Products" page, filling out the form after ordering, whether or not you are a member of the site. How many days will it take for my order to be ready and delivered?After you receive an order confirmation notification to your e-mail address within 3 business days from the day we place the order, the order will be shipped within 3-7 business days after the information you have given in the order form and written on the "Name Plate" is completed. How do I add my information to the name plate?You can add your information to the name plate in 3 lines. You can have any text you want written on each line, 26 characters including spaces. Each line has a font size of 10-12 and the font is "Arial". If you wish, you can leave any of the 3 lines blank. You can specify the information you want to be written on the nameplate in the order form. The information you want to be written on the nameplate will be sent to you by e-mail within 3 business days after the order and submitted for your approval. Production is carried out after approval. How can I cancel my order?You will receive an order confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order. If you do not confirm your order, your order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded to you. If you do not confirm your order within 3 business days, you will be deemed to have accepted it and no refund will be made even if it is canceled outside of this period.
