By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. We collect information from you when you visit our website, register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

General product features and selection rules
We declare that we are not responsible for any differences in color, partial texture due to production in product materials, etc. that may occur between the products displayed on PilotBadge.com and other online sales channels (including Social Media etc.) and the products sent to the customer after the order.
The customer will be deemed to have accepted this when placing the order.
BilotBadge.com guarantees the following product features 100% in the products it offers for sale;

Order confirmation and tracking rules
For orders created with PilotBadege.com and other online order forms, an "order confirmation" email will be sent to the email address you provided during the order. In this confirmation email;
The customer's; Name and surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, invoice address (if added differently), selected product information, information that they want to be added to the "Nameplate" field on the purchased product.
The customer who placed the order must confirm this information, if it is correct and error-free, by responding to the "Order Confirmation" email sent to them within 3 (three) business days at the latest.
If there is an error in the information specified above on the order form, they must update this information with the correct information by responding to the "Order Confirmation" email sent to them.
If the customer does not confirm the "Order Confirmation" email sent to them after the order within 3 (three) business days or if there is any error and they do not request correction, the order information in the first "Order Confirmation" email sent will be considered valid.

If the Order Confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer's "Spam" folder, the customer will be deemed to have received this e-mail. Be sure to check the "Spam" folder of the e-mail address you specified in the order form.
In order to track and follow the status of your order, you must be a registered user and have opened a personal account on the PilotBadge.com website. Without becoming a registered user and Login, you will be deemed to have accepted that we do not guarantee to provide any service for the status and follow-up of orders you have placed through PilotBadge.com and other order channels.
Product "Nameplate" personalization rules
In order to personalize the "Nameplate" on Pilot Badge Table products and print your information in accordance with the necessary technical conditions, you must meet the following conditions.

You can print your information on the "Nameplate" on the products in 3 lines by meeting the necessary technical conditions.

A maximum of 26 characters can be written on each line, including spaces.

Each line is written in "Arial" text format and is written in an average of 10-12 points.

No logos etc. are processed on the "Nameplate".

The legal responsibility for the content of the information etc. to be written on the "Nameplate" belongs to the customer who places the order and personalizes the "Nameplate".

Order cancellation, refund and product exchange rules
From the moment you place an order from PilotBadge.com and other online order forms, you will receive an "order confirmation" e-mail within 3 (three) business days. This e-mail will contain the order information you have provided, and you must confirm this information and the order within 3 (three) business days after the confirmation e-mail reaches you. If you want to cancel your order for any reason during this period, you can do so by entering the "my account" section of pilotbadge.com or by contacting us directly.
In order to cancel and receive a refund for orders you have placed through the PilotBadge.com website and other online order forms, you must meet the following conditions. You must indicate that you have unconditionally canceled your order within 3 (three) business days in the "Order Verification" e-mail that will be sent to you after the order. Requests for a refund after 3 (three) business days in the Order "Verification" e-mail will not be processed! and no refunds will be made.
If you submit your cancellation request within the period you need to cancel your order and you are entitled to a refund, the amount excluding any taxes and online payment commission fees that may arise will be refunded to the bank/credit card you placed the order with within an average of 8-15 days.
If your orders placed through PilotBadge.com and other online order forms arrive damaged, faulty or defective in any way, your product will be replaced with a new one within 30 (thirty) business days from the day it reaches us, in accordance with the original order information and the details of the product to be changed, and sent to you free of charge.
